RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Printing is done once order in submitted. We CANNOT process changes once the mock up has been approved by the customer. Please be sure to ask any questions and provide detailed information for your customized needs.
SHIPPING INFO
Standard shipping for orders in the United States takes 7-10 business days. Most orders are received within 10 days of ordering. International orders usualy take 3+weeks to arrive depending on the destination and custom processing.
Standard US: 7 to 10 business days
Expedited US: 3 to 5 business days
Overnight US: 1 to 2 business days
Expedited & Overnight orders must be submitted by 1pm EST Monday-Friday.
During holiday or special occasions, orders will take 10-15 full business days to ship. Please order early!
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.
A Tracking number will be provided to you once your package has shipped.
